A bit about myself

I would like to take this opportunity as to thank you for visiting my portfolio website. Art is part of being connected to the soul on all level. My history begins where I worked for about 10 years in the corporate world (FNB Card Division, a Division of Firstrand Group LTD. My passion as was not the corporate world and thus I set out to find my passion. I trained under top South African Professional Ballroom and Latin American Dancers and champions and competed in Dance Sport for  years as well.  My achievements included being placed in 1st and 2nd positions and I decided to open my own Dance School and music school. Furthermore is that I was trained by top musicians in the music industry. My passion started to bloom as a music and dance teacher and I have also taught music  and dance as a subject at top private schools in South Africa. I have taught at Vuleka Schools,  and the British International Colleges and School's group for the last 7 years.

I have recently decided as to follow another career path as an added bonus in the art field and have studied with Shaw Academy International, the professional Diploma in Graphic Design during the lockdown period in  2020. I have qualified as a graphic designer with distinction and are currently working on expanding my portfolio as a freelance and temp graphic artist for small businesses as well as private clients.
